My Philosophy

Positive mental health and wellbeing is the most precious gift we can give ourselves and those we care about.  In the same way that we look after our physical health, we must remember to take care of our emotional and mental health, as the connection between our mind, body and spirit is crucial in our understanding of how we may manifest pain.  As a Healing Practitioner, I love meeting people and have great enthusiasm, combined with humour and compassion, for sharing some magical therapies that can nourish and nurture you from the inside out.

Holistic Therapy

Holistic therapy simply refers to treating the whole person rather than individual symptoms.  It helps in regaining the physical and energy balances of the body and can play an important role in maintaining good health and overall wellbeing by considering your physical, mental and emotional states of health when discussing which therapies will be most appropriate.  Holistic therapy offers a natural approach to healing and can work alongside conventional medicine in a very integrative way.
